| Summer Salad of Martelli Penne , La moticella tomatoes with C.C. pesto and Pulio org. mountain e.x.

Ingredients: One packet of Martelli penne.
One 454grm jar of La. Moticella hand picked San Marzano tomatoes.
125 ml. Puglia mountain organic ex.V. olive oil.
1 table spoon C.C. green Pesto.
1medium org. white onion. Cook halfpacket of Martelli penne in a very large pot of salted boiling water.
Cook until al dente and strain.
Sweat onion until soft in some of the e.x.v. o.o.
Add the jar of tomatoes incl. all juice.
Saute for 7 minutes ,stirring all the time.
Add the pesto and the remaining oill and stir, then add the pasta and toss.
Adjust seasonng.
Serve hot or cold.
